Lessons, instructors, and the payroll that follows them.
Schedule courses, enrol students, and pay the instructors who taught them without re-typing a single name into a spreadsheet.
- Included in the base plan — no hardware needed
- Instructor pay posts straight into the right pay period
- Evening classes that end past midnight behave
No module fee, and nothing to add on.
None — this runs entirely in a browser.
Courses and the days they actually run
A course has schedules; a schedule has a date, a start and an end, assigned instructors and its own enrolment. A class that starts at 19:30 and finishes at 21:00 is stored as those wall-clock times, so it doesn't drift when the clocks change.
The school feeds payroll directly
Instructor pay is either a flat rate for the session or a rate per student. Process a batch and it writes earnings against each instructor in the pay period that session belongs to — the same pay period their hours and any retail commission land in.
- Flat rate or per student, per instructor
- Processed in bulk from the schedule, not one at a time
- Lands as a job-pay earning on the employee record, ready for the payroll export
Students are customers, not a separate list
An enrolment points at the same customer record that holds their signed waivers, their store credit and their order history. A family that took a lesson and rented gear is one guest, not three.
Enrolment works both in the browser and on a dedicated school terminal on site — the terminal keeps taking enrolments through an outage.
How that worksReports, and all of them export
Lessons are booked by staff — in the manage app or at a school terminal. There is no public lesson-booking page yet, and no instructor availability engine or student progression tracking.
It doesn't run on its own
One customer record, one employee record, one set of reports. These are the parts of the system this one touches most.
